About us

PrimeFans is the trading name of Paylock Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

PrimeFans is a creator monetization platform that enables independent creators to publish, distribute, and sell digital content directly to their audience. Paylock Ltd provides the infrastructure, payment processing facilitation, and platform tools that make this possible. Paylock Ltd is not a party to the individual transaction between a creator and a buyer — creators set their own prices, produce their own content, and are solely responsible for what they offer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use any feature of PrimeFans. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to access this type of service under the laws of your jurisdiction.

If you are accessing PrimeFans on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms, and references to 'you' throughout this agreement shall include that entity.

We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. If we have reason to believe that any user is under 18 years of age, we will suspend or close the account immediately.

Accounts and security

To access most features of PrimeFans, you will need to create an account. When you do so, you take on specific responsibilities that are set out below.

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when creating your account and keep that information up to date at all times.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
• You must notify us immediately at contact@primefans.com if you suspect unauthorized access, a security breach, or any fraudulent use of your account.
• PrimeFans reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close accounts at any time and without prior notice when we believe there has been a policy violation, fraudulent activity, security risk, or conduct that harms the platform or other users.
• Accounts that have remained inactive for an extended period, or that are found to have been created fraudulently, may be deactivated without notice.

Creator responsibilities

Creators bear full and exclusive responsibility for all content they upload, publish, or distribute through PrimeFans. By using creator tools on the platform, you make the following representations and undertakings:

• You hold all necessary rights, licenses, and consents for every piece of content you publish or sell. Uploading or distributing content that you do not own or for which you do not have the required rights is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
• All individuals depicted in your content have provided their free and informed consent to appear in that content and to have it published on PrimeFans. You must be able to demonstrate this consent if requested.
• You comply with all applicable laws governing the content you publish, including copyright law, privacy law, data protection law, and any laws specific to adult content in the jurisdictions where you operate.
• Where applicable, you maintain complete and accurate records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.
• Your content does not violate the acceptable use policies of any payment network through which PrimeFans processes transactions, including Visa and Mastercard.
• You are solely responsible for determining and paying all taxes applicable to your creator earnings, including income tax, VAT, and any other applicable levies. PrimeFans does not provide tax advice.
• You agree that PrimeFans may review, restrict, or remove any content at any time if we determine that it violates these terms, our platform policies, or applicable law.

Purchases and access

When a buyer completes a purchase on PrimeFans, they are paying for access to digital content provided by an independent creator. PrimeFans facilitates the payment and delivery of access on behalf of the creator.

• All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law. Because content is digital and access is typically granted immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available as a general right.
• Buyers acknowledge that the content they are purchasing has been created by an independent third party. PrimeFans does not review, endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality, accuracy, legality, or completeness of creator content.
• Access to purchased content may be suspended or revoked if the relevant creator account is suspended or terminated for a policy violation, or if the content itself is found to be in breach of these terms.
• PrimeFans reserves the right to cancel or reverse any transaction where fraud, a chargeback, platform abuse, or a policy violation is detected. In such cases, access to the relevant content may be revoked without refund.

Creator payouts

Creators who sell content through PrimeFans receive a share of each sale in accordance with the commission structure displayed in the creator dashboard. Paylock Ltd retains the remainder as a platform fee for providing payment processing, hosting, tools, and platform services.

• Payout requests are subject to review. Paylock Ltd may delay, hold, or deny payouts where there is a suspected policy violation, pending dispute, elevated chargeback risk, fraud signal, identity verification requirement, or legal obligation.
• Paylock Ltd may withhold or claw back payout amounts to cover chargebacks, platform fees, overpayments, or any sums owed to us under these terms.
• Creators must provide accurate and complete payout account information. Paylock Ltd accepts no responsibility for failed or misdirected payments caused by inaccurate information provided by the creator.
• Payout availability may be affected by the operational status of third-party payment providers. Delays caused by circumstances outside Paylock Ltd's control do not constitute a breach of these terms.
• Paylock Ltd reserves the right to update the commission structure at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised structure.

Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on PrimeFans. Violations may result in immediate and permanent account termination, legal action, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation of minors, or that could constitute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) under any applicable law.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including content commonly referred to as revenge pornography, or any content depicting identifiable individuals without their explicit consent.
• Content that promotes, facilitates, depicts, or glorifies human trafficking, forced labor, sexual coercion, or exploitation of any person.
• Impersonating any individual, brand, public figure, or legal entity in a manner that is misleading or likely to cause harm.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to platform systems, accounts, or data through hacking, credential stuffing, or any other method.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the platform without express written permission from Paylock Ltd.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including creating fake accounts, orchestrating wash transactions, manipulating metrics, or abusing the chargeback or dispute process.
• Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or compromise the platform or any user's device.
• Any conduct that violates the acceptable use policies of payment networks, including Visa and Mastercard.

Platform moderation and enforcement

Paylock Ltd retains full and sole discretion to moderate all content and conduct on the platform. We operate an active moderation program that includes both automated and human review processes.

We may remove content, restrict account features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users at any time when we reasonably determine that a violation has occurred or is likely to occur. We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected users where doing so is appropriate and not legally restricted.

If your account or content is subject to an enforcement action and you believe it was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting contact@primefans.com. We review all appeals in good faith and will provide a reasoned response. However, we reserve the right to uphold our decisions at our sole discretion.

Intellectual property

Creators retain full ownership of the original content they upload to PrimeFans. By uploading content, you grant Paylock Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transcode, display, and deliver that content for the sole purpose of operating the platform and fulfilling purchases made by buyers.

This license is limited to what is strictly necessary to provide the service and does not permit Paylock Ltd to resell, sublicense, or distribute creator content to parties beyond those who have paid for access through the platform.

PrimeFans, the PrimeFans name and logo, and all associated platform software, designs, trademarks, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Paylock Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, or incorporate any of these without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Paylock Ltd provides the PrimeFans platform on an 'as available' basis. We make no guarantees regarding continuous availability, error-free operation, or the security, quality, legality, or accuracy of any creator content on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paylock Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

In no event shall Paylock Ltd's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these terms exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to PrimeFans in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (GBP £100).

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.

Changes to these terms

Paylock Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these terms of service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Where a change is significant, we will also send a notification to your registered email address with reasonable advance notice.

Your continued use of PrimeFans after any update comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must stop using the platform. You may also request deletion of your account by contacting contact@primefans.com.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms of service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of PrimeFans shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, we encourage users to contact us at contact@primefans.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We are committed to handling disputes fairly and promptly.
