PrimeFans terms of service

Scope and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the services available on PrimeFans.

By creating an account, buying access, or using platform tools, you agree to these terms and to any additional policies referenced by them.

Accounts and security

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping login credentials secure.
• You must notify PrimeFans promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, fraud, or misuse of your account.
• PrimeFans may suspend or restrict accounts when necessary for security, policy enforcement, or legal compliance.

Creator responsibilities

• Creators are responsible for the legality, ownership, and accuracy of the content they upload or sell.
• Creators must comply with all applicable laws, adult-content rules, and record-keeping obligations, including 18 U.S.C. 2257 where applicable.
• Creators must not upload or distribute content that violates payment-network rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or platform policies.

Purchases and payouts

Customer purchases are processed through approved payment providers. Access, refunds, disputes, and payout timing may depend on fraud checks, provider status, and policy review.

PrimeFans may hold or reverse payouts where required for compliance, chargebacks, abuse prevention, or platform integrity.

Prohibited conduct

• Illegal, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent conduct is prohibited.
• Users may not impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the platform, or interfere with service availability.
• Content involving minors, coercion, trafficking, non-consensual material, or prohibited payment-network categories is strictly forbidden.

Moderation and enforcement

PrimeFans may remove content, reject payouts, suspend tools, or close accounts where we reasonably believe a policy or legal violation has occurred.

Reports, takedown requests, and safety reviews are handled according to platform procedures, provider requirements, and applicable law.

Intellectual property and liability

Creators retain ownership of their content but grant PrimeFans the limited rights needed to host, process, display, review, and deliver it through the service.

PrimeFans provides the platform on an as-available basis and is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party outages, or user-generated violations beyond what the law requires.
